- Go to twitter.com and log in.
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select Settings & privacy.
- From the menu on the left, select Account (open by default), scroll down and in Your Tweets file click on Request your file.
So Twitter generates a ZIP file with all your tweets (including tweets that you have retweeted from other users) and sends it to the email address you have linked to. This may take a few minutes, maybe longer.
When you receive the email and download the attached file, you will see a file called index.html. If you click, you will open an offline web page with a list of all your tweets ordered by month. The page also includes a graph of your Twitter activity. The columns of the graph will allow you to select a specific month and see all the tweets from that period.

How To Permanently Delete Your Twitter Account
Twitter does not allow you to officially delete your account, but you can deactivate it. Twitter will not erase your data from its servers and will continue to use it for any purpose stated in the user agreement. That is, nobody outside the company will be able to see your account on twitter.com (not even you).
